Featuring carnival-style games and prizes, bounce houses, a Velcro wall, petting zoo and food trucks, as well as free face painting and crafts, Croctoberfest has something for everyone!
What is Croctoberfest?
Croctoberfest is Kate Sullivan Elementary School’s largest family event of the school year. KSEPTO coordinates and funds this event to build relationships and foster the community atmosphere at KSE. Held on the front lawn and athletic fields of campus, it features games, several bounce houses, a cakewalk, petting zoo, concessions, free face painting, crafts and door prizes.
How much does it cost?
Admission to Croctoberfest is free. To help with the cost of the event, KSE PTO sells tickets that can be used to play games, play in the bounce houses, a Velcro wall, inflatable slide, or to purchase cold drinks and nachos from KSE PTO. Food trucks and individual vendors accept cash and credit cards.
How do I buy tickets?
Discounted tickets are available the week of Croctoberfest in front of the school for $4.00 per 20- ticket sheet.
The night of the event, ticket cards are available at the ticket booth for $5 per 20- ticket sheet.
Unlimited wristbands will also be available at the gate for $20, which will allow the wearer ticketless access to the games and inflatables. Unlimited bands also include a 20-ticket sheet to purchase drinks, nachos and play the cakewalk game.
Are there refreshments available?
Yes. PTO sells drinks and nachos, which can be purchased with tickets, and there will be several food vendors that accept cash and credit cards.
How can I help?
Volunteer! Croctoberfest relies on a team of volunteers to make the event successful. We need volunteers willing to take a 30-minute shift (or two!) to help out the night of the event.
